Are you an experienced HR professional with deep expertise in Nigerian Labour Law and a strong background in the manufacturing industry?
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, and support organizational growth for a leading Plastic & Packaging Manufacturing company in Nigeria.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law & employment regulations
• Extensive experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing environment
• Expertise in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Disciplinary Procedures
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies aligned with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR & administrative functions across the organization
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
• Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Drive performance management and appraisal systems
• Oversee compensation, payroll coordination, and employee welfare initiatives
• Coordinate training, development, and succession planning programs
• Maintain HR documentation, audits, and compliance reporting
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
