- Guarantee job offers or responses
- Participate in employment contracts
5. Employers
By posting jobs or accessing candidate information, employers agree to:
- Post only legitimate and lawful job opportunities
- Use candidate data solely for recruitment purposes
- Comply with all applicable labor, employment, and data protection laws
- Not discriminate unlawfully
Careerquil reserves the right to remove job listings that are misleading, illegal, or abusive.
6. Resume and Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload (including resumes, cover letters, and profiles).
By uploading content, you grant Careerquil a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, store, and share such content solely for operating and improving the Services.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Upload malicious software or spam
- Impersonate others
- Scrape or harvest user data
- Circumvent platform security
- Post misleading or fraudulent jobs
- Use the Services to solicit payments from users
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
