Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR recruiter or similar role, preferably within a creative or tech-driven environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of recruitment practices and current hiring trends.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
