Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (1 Month Contract)

Reports To: Team Lead
Location: Gwarimpa/Jahi, Abuja.
Job Type: Short-term Contract (1 Month)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 1pm (First Shift) 1pm – 6pm (Second Shift)
Daily Rate: 10,000 Naira

Job Summary:  Contract Talent Acquisition Specialists  at Talent Lab Ltd will play a crucial role in a short-term project aimed at sourcing PFMO LGA consultants for the 774 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Nigeria. This role requires entry-level recruitment professionals with strong organizational and communication skills to identify and engage qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:

• Identify and source potential candidates for the PFMO LGA consultant positions.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine candidate suitability.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking.

Coordination and Reporting:

• Coordinate with the recruitment team and report daily progress to the Team Lead.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Ensure recruitment targets are met within the project timeframe.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with candidates, providing information about the role and guiding them through the application process.
• Work closely with the Team Lead and other Sourcing Specialists to ensure efficient recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
