Job Type: 3 Months Contract (Renewable)

Daily Rate: N10,000.00

Job Summary: Customer Service Representatives at Talent Lab Ltd will be responsible for managing and resolving enquiries from clients and stakeholders across the country regarding our services and projects. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Representatives will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction and Support:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Provide detailed information about Talent Lab’s services, projects, and initiatives.
• Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure all inquiries and issues are addressed.

Service Excellence:

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Talent Lab’s services and projects to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering personalized and attentive service.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report findings to the management team.
• Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and standards to enhance service quality.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the customer service database.
• Prepare regular reports on customer service activities, trends, and performance metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer information and ensure data confidentiality.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Problem Solving and Resolution:

• Analyze client problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Proactively suggest improvements to processes and procedures to prevent future issues.

Qualifications:

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
