Job Description
We are looking for a Content Executive Assistant who combines creativity with research and analytical thinking to support an executive running fast-growing businessesYou’ll work closely with the executive to research trends, generate content ideas, and craft compelling content across websites, landing pages, newsletters, blogs, and social media. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, excellent writer, and has a strong interest in tech, travel, education, and business growth.

Job Requirements
•⁠  ⁠Write engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts, email newsletters, and landing pages.
•⁠  ⁠Assist in creating sales copy for digital products, online courses, and travel packages.
•⁠  ⁠Gather market insights to guide content development and positioning.
•⁠  ⁠Track performance of published content (opens, clicks, SEO rankings).
•⁠  ⁠Recommend optimizations for improving engagement and reach.
•⁠  ⁠Help A/B test copy variations for landing pages and email subject lines.
•⁠  ⁠Assist with scripting webinars, interviews, and executive thought leadership articles.
•⁠  ⁠Draft ghostwritten posts for the executive’s LinkedIn, Twitter, and Medium pages.
•⁠  ⁠Comfort working in fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environments.
•⁠  ⁠Help prepare investor decks, product pitches, and strategic memos.
•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, product, customer service) across both businesses.
•⁠  ⁠Support the development and execution of special projects, partnerships, and launches.Required Skills.  Strong research and analytical skills; comfortable with data, market reports, and business models.
•⁠  ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•⁠  ⁠High degree of discretion, organization, and initiative.
•⁠  ⁠Experience writing for travel, SaaS, or education tech products.
•⁠  ⁠Basic understanding of AI tools for writing (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI).
