Business Development Manager – Crypto Partnerships Full Time

HyroTrader is one of the fastest-growing crypto prop trading firms, and we are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to accelerate our global expansion. We are looking for a dynamic professional with a proven background in the crypto industry—someone who can drive partnerships with influencers, KOLs, and trader-focused communities across platforms such as X (Twitter), Discord, YouTube, and Telegram.

As a Business Development Manager at HyroTrader, you will establish, grow, and maintain high-value relationships with crypto influencers and ecosystem partners. You will play a key role in strengthening our market presence and expanding our brand’s reach. We offer a strong value proposition to partners—now we need someone with meaningful industry connections who can activate them.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives with a strong focus on the crypto ecosystem.
• Communicate with influencers, KOLs, traders, and ecosystem partners across social platforms (X, Discord, YouTube, Telegram, etc.).
• Acquire new collaboration partners and nurture long-term, high-quality relationships.
• Identify, pitch, and execute new partnership opportunities to support firm-wide growth.
• Represent HyroTrader professionally in online and offline crypto communities.

• Highly motivated, ambitious, and humble, with a strong desire for continuous learning.
• Existing network of crypto influencers and KOLs (mandatory).
• Active and credible social media presence that can be leveraged for outreach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a fast-paced team environment.
