The Opportunity

We’re looking for a curious, product-minded data scientist to help us make sense of how the agentic web actually works. You’ll analyze behavioral patterns across human and bot traffic, uncover what AI agents do differently, and turn those insights into narratives that shape our product direction. This is a research-heavy role with real product impact. You’ll work closely with the founding team to identify trends, validate hypotheses, and communicate findings that inform what we build next. We’re looking for someone to help out 15–25 hours a week, with the possibility of a full-time role if there’s a good fit.

• Key Responsibilities
• Analyze clickstream and session data to identify behavioral patterns on both human and AI bot & agent traffic
• Use clustering and NLP techniques to segment traffic and surface emerging agent behaviors
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests, cohort analysis) to validate product hypotheses
• Synthesize findings into clear narratives to inform product strategy and for external research studies
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate insights into feature direction
• Help build our understanding of how AI agents browse, compare, and convert

Requirements

Must-Have

• 3+ years in data science, product analytics, or a similar research-focused role
• Strong experience with clickstream or session-level behavioral analysis
• Proficiency in Python & SQL
• Demonstrated ability to communicate insights through clear, compelling writing
• Self-directed; able to frame ambiguous questions and drive toward answers

Preferred

• Experience with NLP, clustering, or other unsupervised learning techniques
• Experience working with LLMs
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation design

Details

We’re a flexible remote-first team looking for great people from all over the world. Location is not important, but ideally you can overlap able overlap 2-3 hrs per day with European Central Time.

15-25 hours per week, flexible schedule
