RPA Developer (Python & Claude Code) Full Time

Description
We’re looking for an RPA Developer who leans heavily on the engineering side to help build, automate, and scale our automation framework in production. This is not a support-first role. The focus is on developing and improving the RPA infrastructure itself using Python, TypeScript, and Claude Code, with full stack capability being a strong advantage.

You will work closely with Product and Engineering to design automation logic, build reliable workflows, and push the framework forward. What You’ll Work On
RPA Framework Development

• Build, extend, and improve the core automation framework and underlying infrastructure
• Develop new automation workflows and enhance existing ones using Python and TypeScript
• Design automation logic that is reliable, maintainable, and built to scale
• Use Claude Code to accelerate development, generate automation logic, and solve complex workflow problems
• Own the architecture of specific automation systems end-to-end

Frontend and Full Stack Contributions

• Build or improve frontend interfaces connected to automation systems where needed
• Integrate automation workflows with APIs, internal tools, and third-party services
• Ensure data flows correctly across connected systems and validate outputs
• Contribute across the stack when the work calls for it
• Automation Reliability and Optimization
• Identify failure patterns, performance bottlenecks, and logic gaps in existing automations
• Improve error handling, retry logic, and system resilience across workflows
• Support testing and validation of new builds before they go to production
• Monitor live automations and respond to incidents with a developer’s diagnostic approach

Tooling and Documentation

• Work with automation platforms such as Activepieces, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools
• Use API tools such as Postman and run SQL queries to validate data and debug integrations
• Maintain clear technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for the systems you own

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in RPA development, automation engineering, or a closely related software development role
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or a demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools at a high level
• Frontend development capability, with full stack experience being strongly preferred
• Comfort working with APIs, logs, and data validation in production environments
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership over the systems you build
• Clear written communication and ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teammates

Nice to Have

• Experience building or scaling an RPA framework from the ground up
• Familiarity with fintech, finance systems, or operational workflows
• Exposure to AI-assisted or intelligent automation workflows
• Experience with monitoring or observability tooling
• Background working in a fast-moving startup or product-led environment
