Our engineering team is building the go-to platform and marketplace for planning, booking, and managing offsites—often described as “Airbnb for offsites.” We’re looking for an entry to mid-level full stack engineer who wants real ownership, real impact, and the chance to help shape both the product and the engineering culture.

About the Role
This is a true full-stack, product-focused role. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and integrations to ship meaningful features end-to-end, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Marketplace, and Client Success teams.

You’ll be joining a team building quickly in a real-world environment. Not everything is perfectly architected—and that’s intentional. We value engineers who can move fast, make pragmatic decisions, and improve systems incrementally without slowing momentum.

You won’t be handed perfectly defined tickets. You’ll be expected to turn rough ideas into working software, iterate based on feedback, and take ownership of outcomes.

What You’ll Be Working On
Building and shipping end-to-end product features across the stackFrontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
Backend: Go, TypeScript, GraphQL
Developing and improving core marketplace functionality:Payments and payouts (Stripe)
Vendor and attendee dashboards
Messaging and notifications
Multi-vendor support
Internal tools and admin workflows
AI-powered features and automation
Improving existing systems while continuing to ship new features
Collaborating closely with Sales, Client Success, Marketplace, Marketing, and Product teams
Participating in product and design discussions to help shape what we build—not just how
Contributing to CI/CD, deployments, and production reliability

Technical Experience
1-4 years of professional engineering experience
Experience with at least one strongly typed backend language (Go, Java, C#, Rust, etc.)
Professional experience designing and consuming APIs (GraphQL experience is a strong plus)
Solid understanding of SQL databases (Postgres or similar)ORMs, migrations, and occasional raw queries
Understanding of performance tradeoffs across frontend, backend, and database layers
Generalist mindsetComfortable working across the stack
Willing to learn unfamiliar systems and tools
Work quickly, ship fast, entrepreneurial by nature.
