SAP Young Professionals program
The SAP Young Professionals program is a free, full-time training initiative for recent graduates who are unemployed or underemployed and eager to launch a career in Tech consulting. Over 2-3 months, participants gain hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Business Data Cloud, Analytics Cloud, and Generative AI, among others, all taught by SAP experts. Graduates earn SAP Associate certifications and develop real-world consulting skills.

Application Process
Step 1 →
Basic Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- 0-3 years after graduation
- GPA in the top 25% tier
- Relevant major for the program
- Currently unemployed or underemployed
- Must be a local resident

Online Cognitive Ability Assessment
- Business fundamentals
- Logical and verbal reasoning
- Numerical ability
- Consultant potential

Screening Call
Preliminary interview assesses how each candidate’s competencies align with the SAP consultant profile, using data from their assessment results
Step 4
Final Interview
1:1 interview to evaluate candidates’ technical understanding, behavioral strengths, and attitude toward SAP consulting
Step 5
Enrollment
Once participants are selected, they will begin a high-intensity, structured learning path to earn free certification in a specific SAP solution. The course is expected to take 2-3 months in total. Full commitment required*
