CONTENT MANAGER

Kerykeion Digitals is a marketing communications agency helping brands build stronger identities, connect with their audiences and grow through strategy, content and digital marketing.

We are looking for a creative and highly resourceful Content Manager to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–4 years’ experience in content management.
• Graduate with B.Sc or HND
• ⁠Must reside on the Island, Lagos.
• Excellent and fluent spoken and written English.
• ⁠Strong skills in content strategy, copywriting and content planning.
• ⁠Proficient in video editing, especially using CapCut Pro and Instagram edit tools. (Please don’t apply if you’re not a pro in video editing)
• ⁠Good graphic design skills; Canva & Adobe proficiency is required. (Don’t apply if you can’t design good graphics).
• ⁠Able to develop content for different platforms, audiences and industries.
• Able to manage content for 2–3 brands simultaneously.
• Must own a good-quality iPhone suitable for shooting social media content.
• ⁠Able to attend OCCASIONAL overnight client events for content coverage. (Transport allowance will be provided for such events).
• Highly creative, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• ⁠Comfortable appearing in video content occasionally.
• ⁠Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content formats and trends.
• ⁠Good eye for visual presentation, storytelling and brand consistency.
• ⁠Must be organised, deadline-driven and able to manage multiple tasks.
• ⁠Able to collaborate effectively with the Digital Marketer and Chief Strategist.
• ⁠Must be available to resume in October.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute content strategies for assigned brands.
• ⁠Create and manage monthly content calendars.
• ⁠Write captions, scripts and other social media copies.
• ⁠Shoot and edit short-form video content.
• ⁠Design social media graphics and other visual content.
• ⁠Manage and publish content across relevant platforms.
• ⁠Monitor engagement, trends and content performance.
• ⁠Support campaigns, launches and other marketing activities with necessary content.
• ⁠Work closely with the Digital Marketer and Chief Strategist to execute client strategies.

WORK ARRANGEMENT
Hybrid — 2 to 3 days onsite, depending on workload and content requirements.

COMPENSATION
Salary: ₦150,000/month
