Job brief

The ideal candidate should be able to close leads effectively, provide excellent customer service, and have a good knowledge of social media to keep up with clients’ evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Close leads and convert inquiries into loyal customers.
• Use social media platforms to communicate and engage with clients where necessary.

Job Requirements

• Strong persuasive and communication skills.
• Ability to close deals and build lasting client relationships.
• Previous experience in telesales.
