Customer Success Manager

The Role

• Onboard new community members and guide them through their first 30 days inside Skool.
• Track client health scores inside the CRM and flag accounts showing signs of drop-off.
• Run weekly check-in calls with clients to review progress, celebrate wins, and remove roadblocks.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities during client conversations and hand them off to sales.
• Manage day-to-day client communication inside Discord — answering questions, running threads, keeping energy high.
• Collect feedback from clients after key milestones and turn it into actionable notes for the team.

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years in customer success or account management
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce)
• Excellent English skills (C2 level).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience working with coaching or education businesses
• Experience with Skool / Discord or similar community platforms

What We Offer

• Schedule: Remote, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST
• Compensation: $2,500 to $3,000 USD/month
• Team: You’ll work directly with the CEO and a small team of CSMs supporting active community members.
