CPT-Podcast & Content Virtual Assistant Part Time

Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a growing podcast and content-driven business.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in podcast support, content management, and digital media operations. You’ll help manage day-to-day content tasks so the business owner can focus on growth, partnerships, and monetization.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

1. Podcast Management

• Upload podcast episodes to platforms such as Buzzsprout
• Upload and manage video content on YouTube
• Write and format podcast show notes
• Assist in creating YouTube thumbnails / cover art

2. Content & Website Management

• Write and publish blog posts
• Update and maintain website content and podcast pages
• Ensure content consistency across platforms

3. Administrative Support

• Handle general administrative tasks related to content publishing
• Organize and manage digital assets (audio, video, graphics)
• Support workflow optimization for content production

4. Future Responsibilities (Growth Scope)

• Assist with email marketing campaigns
• Support content repurposing strategies
• Help scale content operations (merch, community, travel offerings)
• Assist with social media content execution and management as responsibilities expand (posting, scheduling, and basic engagement support)

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Prior experience supporting podcasts, media brands, or content creators
• Background in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing
• Experience with social media management strongly preferred (content scheduling, platform familiarity, or account support)

Skills

• Strong written English (blogs and show notes)
• Familiarity with:Podcast platforms (e.g., Buzzsprout or similar)
• YouTube uploading and formatting
• Basic graphic design (thumbnails/cover art)
• High attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow workflows and SOPs

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI tools for content support
• Basic knowledge of SEO or blog optimization
• Familiarity with creator businesses or online communities
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and content workflows is a strong plus

APPLICATION SOFTWARE / TOOLS (PREFERRED)

• Buzzsprout or similar podcast platforms
• YouTube Studio
• Canva or similar design tools
• Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets)
• Website CMS (WordPress or similar)
• AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
• Social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite or similar)

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours (scalable to Full-Time)
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
• Daily Working Time: Flexible (alignment with client preferred)

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
